Favorist Alkent project, implemented by Gül İnşaat and Delta Land Development, consists of 513 flats, 22 shops and an open shopping mall in 2 blocks. The blocks were planned as 19 floors. Favorist Alkent project includes 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 flats. 1+1 flats in the project have a size of 88 square meters, 2+1 flats have a size of 155 square meters, and 3+1 flats have a size of 187 square meters.
